Molde was born from the desire to transform realities and cultivate more sustainable, fair, and conscious futures. Since 2019, our journey has been shaped by people who believe in the power of education, innovation, and collective action.
2019
FOUNDATION OF MOLDE
An organization is born with the purpose of integrating knowledge, territories, and sustainable practices in communities of Minas Gerais. Founded by Molde’s current president, Sérgio Leal, it had as its #bighdream the mission of transforming reality through the fight against climate change.
2024
Implementation of the Águas do Saber Project
We brought workshops and environmental education practices to children and communities in Ouro Preto and Brumadinho, planting seeds of ecological awareness. Our #InspiringMission is greater than the obstacles.
2025
New Fundraising and Project Expansion
With the continued support of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Minas Gerais, we secured funding for projects in different territories:

2023
First Recurso Semente Fundraising
With the support of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Minas Gerais, we launched our projects in Ouro Preto and Brumadinho, expanding our environmental education initiatives with the Águas do Saber Project. We take the #legacy seriously, transforming children into authors of books.
2025
The Fluida spin-off is born and we carry out Motirõ
A moment of innovation and collaboration! We created Fluida, our spin-off dedicated to social science and human-centered technologies. We also promoted Motirõ, a gathering for exchange, collective building, and community strengthening. We believe in a #GreaterCause, where we need to expand beyond Minas Gerais.

Values
Alessandra Visentin
Storyteller, with a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and a postgraduate student in Artistic Storytelling, with a solid career as an actress.
Carine Guedes
Professional with a degree in Geography from UFVJM and a specialization in Geoprocessing from PUC, in addition to solid experience in urban mapping, sustainability, and environmental management.
Daiana Oliveira
Psychologist graduated from UFMG (CRP-04/72518), with postgraduate studies in Organizational, Gestalt, and Social Psychology from FACUMINAS, and currently a master’s student in the Graduate Program in Technological Innovation at UFMG (PPGIT-UFMG).
Daniela Henriques
Postgraduate degree in IT Governance from UNA, Belo Horizonte. Postgraduate degree in Auditing and Financial Accounting from Prisma, Juiz de Fora. Systems Analyst from UNIPAC, Conselheiro Lafaiete.
Ionara Oliveira
Lawyer with strategic expertise in ESG, Sustainability, Contracts, Compliance, and LGPD. OAB/MG No. 225.143.
Sérgio Leal
Economist (UFMG), holds two master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering and Conflict Management, and is currently a PhD candidate in the Graduate Program in Technological Innovation (PPGIT) at UFMG.
Thiago Morais
Social Scientist graduated from UFMG, with an MBA in Strategic People Management, Process Management, and Agile Methodologies.
